SnipeSocial Passport and the Snipe Ecosystem
A SnipeSocial account can also function as Passport, giving one identity access to supported services across the wider Snipe ecosystem. The account can act as a supported single sign-on identity across parts of the wider Snipe ecosystem, while connected services may still work differently.
Single sign-on still grants permissions
Passport reduces the number of separate credentials, but connected products can have different purposes and rules. The Apps area lists sites and services that received access and provides a Remove control. Use official sign-in pages and read what a new connection requests before accepting it.

Convenient sign-on does not remove the need to understand permissions, service rules, and account security.
Review connected applications periodically. Revoking something old or unfamiliar reduces exposure without requiring you to abandon the convenience of supported single sign-on.
Put it into practice
Open the SnipeSocial connected apps area and remove any Passport connection you no longer recognise or need.
Write down what happened, including any question, reply, sale, or useful visit. That small record gives you something better than guesswork when you decide what to do next. Correct missing facts at their source before adding another feature, and leave enough time between changes to see which one actually helped you.
